Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the 11XScore mobile application and the 11xscore.com website ("Service"), provided by HRY GROUP BİLİŞİM İNŞAAT SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Company", "we", "our"). By downloading, registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

11XScore is an informational platform that provides AI-powered football match predictions, statistics and match data. It also includes community features that let users share predictions, comment, follow other users and take part in a weekly prediction challenge.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.

3. Predictions — Important Notice

All predictions, confidence levels, analyses and statistics in the Service:

• are probabilities produced from statistical data;
• do not guarantee any match result or outcome;
• are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only;
• are not professional or financial advice.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the Service. The Company is not liable for any loss arising from such decisions.

4. User Content and Community Rules

You are responsible for the content you share (predictions, comments, profile information and photos). You must not:

• share content that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, harassing, threatening or obscene;
• impersonate others or use another person's photo without permission;
• share spam, advertising or links to third-party services;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

By sharing content in the Service, you allow the Company to display it to other users within the Service. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules, without prior notice.

5. Weekly Challenge

• Participation is free. Points are earned according to the rules shown in the App.
• Rewards are AI Combo Unlock credits added to the winner's account. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• The Company may change the challenge rules or rewards, and may disqualify accounts that use multiple accounts, automation or other unfair methods.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Premium features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• AI Combo Unlock credits are one-time purchases and do not renew. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. A credit used to unlock an AI Combo is not refundable, except where the Service states that it returns the credit (for example, when an AI Combo is unsuccessful).
• All payments are processed by Apple or Google; refund requests are handled under their policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, website, logo, design, content and prediction models are the property of the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or reverse-engineer them, or collect content from the Service with automated tools.

8. Changes and Termination

The Company may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or terminated. You can delete your account at any time from the account deletion page.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit or loss of data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are published on this page and announced in the App. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
