This Privacy Policy explains how HRY GROUP BİLİŞİM İNŞAAT SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Company", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data through the 11XScore mobile application ("App") and the 11xscore.com website. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: email address, username, display name and password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see it in plain text). You may also use the App with a guest account.
Profile data (optional): profile photo, bio and country.
Content you share: predictions you share, comments, likes, follows and weekly challenge picks, together with your points, level and badges.
Purchase data: subscription status and AI Combo Unlock purchases, and the transaction information provided by the App Store or Google Play to verify them. Payments are processed only by Apple and Google; we never receive or store your card details.
Identifiers: user ID, device advertising ID (IDFA / AAID, only where permitted) and notification token.
Usage and device data: in-app interactions, matches and predictions viewed, app version, device model, operating system, language and region settings, and crash reports.
Support messages: your email address and the content of messages you send us.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide the App's features, including match predictions, your profile, sharing and the weekly challenge.
To manage subscriptions and AI Combo Unlock credits, and to deliver weekly challenge rewards.
To send notifications you have allowed (for example match alerts, replies and new followers).
To measure usage, fix errors and improve performance and security.
To show advertising in the free version and to measure the performance of our marketing.
To answer support requests and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Information Visible to Other Users

Your username, display name, profile photo, bio, country, level, badges, follower counts, and the predictions and comments you share are visible to other users of the App. Do not include personal information you do not want others to see in these fields.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following service providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

Apple App Store and Google Play — distribution and payment processing.
Google Firebase — sign-in, database, notifications and app analytics.
Google AdMob — advertising in the free version.
Adjust and Meta (Facebook SDK) — install attribution and marketing measurement.
Cloudflare — content delivery and file storage (for example profile photos).

Match data comes from a third-party sports data provider; no personal data is shared with it. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized statistics that cannot identify you may be kept.

7. Your Rights

Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it.
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data and your account.
Object to decisions based solely on automated processing that affect you negatively.
Withdraw consent for notifications or ad tracking at any time in your device settings.

8. Children

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored with access controls on secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App. The current version is always available on this page.
