Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your 11XScore account and the personal data linked to it.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, username, password) and profile (photo, bio, country).
• Your shared predictions, comments, likes, follows and challenge entries.
• Your AI Combo Unlock credit balance and history.

Deletion is completed within 30 days and cannot be undone. Anonymous statistics that cannot identify you may be kept. Records we are legally required to keep (for example purchase records) are kept only for the required period.
